Christine's Gerber Daisy Save the Date Post Cards

Christine was another wonderful Bride that we meet at the Fall Washington Bridal Showcase.  She and her mom came by for a consultation to talk about her wedding invitations and save the dates.  Christine really wanted to incorporate her love of Gerber Daisy into her wedding stationery in an elegant way.  Wanting to stray slightly from the traditional formal style for wedding invitations, she talked her mom into the idea of including light pink and green font colors.

Like many Brides, she loved pink and wanted it in her wedding but needed to keep her mother's and groom's tastes in mind too.  Pleasing so many tastes can often be a challenge.  I was able to create a beautiful Gerber Daisy Save the Date post card that received everyone's approval.  I just love the way these turned out.  They look very soft, elegant, and romantic.  Everything a wedding should be, right?!?!

I am excited to begin working on her wedding invitations and ceremony program jackets soon.

Jennifer's "Come Fly with Us" Boarding Pass style Wedding Ivntiations

A few days after the Fall Washington Bridal Showcase, Jennifer contacted me to tell me that she had fallen in love with our "Come Fly with Me" boarding passes and wanted to place an order.  We were able to work out all the details over the phone and via email to come up with her perfect invitations.  Modifying the original design slightly, we added an extra pass to invite everyone to a special dinner the evening before the wedding.  Jennifer also wanted to incorporate our custom  hand made boarding pass sleeves that were personalized to coordinate perfectly with her passes.  I love the way they turned out and I've very pleased to say the Bride did as well.

Cami's Dark Pink and Red Wedding Invitations Featuring a Wedding Timeline Enclosure

Cami found us at the Fall Washington Bridal Showcase and came to me wanting her perfect pink and red  invitations for her garden wedding.   Using a fun modern script I created a monogram style invitation.

I love the wedding day time line included as an enclosure.  This is a great way to give your guests an idea of when the wedding starts and what will be happening when.  Since the exact times of each event during the wedding has not been finalized yet, I only included the start time and end time.  Such a fun and useful addition to any event invitation.  Guests will thank you for giving them all the information they need to plan their evening accordingly.  Plus, they look great too!!!

Cami loved the idea of being able to hold everything together with a beautiful satin ribbon that wraps around the back of the invitation adding that perfect pop of bright red we needed.

The trick with Cami's invitations was to incorporate her colors without it looking too "Valentine's Day".  To tone down the colors, I used pink for the font outlined in red in several places.  I think they turned out great!

Modern Script Monogram Save the Dates for Kari

It's been really busy around here finishing up orders and working on samples for new orders.  Recently, I had the pleasureful of meeting Kari at the Washington Bridal Showcase.  She and her mom came by for a consultation to discuss her Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations.  Kari really wanted something fun, simple, and a little modern, with an elegant flare.  She also really loved the idea of using an "H" as a monogram since both her last name and her fiances last name begin with an "H".

Immediately she was drawn to our Modern Script Save the Dates she had seen on our Facebook Page, so we modified the original design to incorporate the monogram and I think they came out beautifully.  Initially Kari was going to add a photo as well, but in the end chose not to.  Below are a few example of the samples I came up with, as well as Kari's final order.  I love, love, love the way the envelopes look with the custom postage we designed for her.
